Mercury guard and WNBA all-time leading scorer Diana Taurasi honored the late Kobe Bryant by wearing a No. 8 ‘BRYANT’ jersey on what would have been his 42nd birthday yesterday. A strong advocate, supporter, and ally of the WNBA and women’s basketball as a whole, Kobe deemed Diana the ‘White Mamba’, as the two always held a close relationship throughout the years.
