Jordan Brand Celebrating All-Star Week

To celebrate NBA’s All-Star Week, Jordan Brand has released a new and special Low as well as Mid colorway of their most iconic model – the Air Jordan 1. This year’s version relies on a black and white design with carbon fiber panels.

Both pairs use a mix of materials, including, for example, patent leather best known from Air Jordan 11’s. I’m pretty happy with the quality of the stitching and details on my pairs. There is no excess glue and I see no flaws, so hopefully all batches are up to the same standard.

The Lows feature a white Wings Logo embroidered on the back and a Jumpman on the tongues. The upper is kept in all black, with a contrasting white midsole. The Mids on the other hand might as well be called Pandas, as their upper is a combination of white and black leather. Both pairs are classy and versatile, so you can match them with lots of outfits.
