The Nike Freak 1 Gets A Release Date!

The Nike Freak 1 “Antetokounbros” will release on June 29th.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has taken the NBA by storm over the past few years, and Nike is blessing the newly crowned MVP with his own sneaker this summer! The Nike Freak 1 “Antetokounbros” will release on June 29th for $120, and a black and white colorway will follow July 10th. We know the ladies around the WNBA have been getting in on the sneaker action, so we are curious to see which player will bless the court first with these this season.

Giannis and the Bucks, made it to the Eastern Conference finals, this past NBA season but fell short during their run-in with the newly crowned NBA champions, the Toronto Raptors. It was rumored, during the NBA season and possibly during the Playoffs, that Giannis’ sneaker could possibly be released, but we never got a definite date….until now.

According to the reigning sneaker king PJ Tucker, this shoe is the best shoe hitting the court and people will not be disappointed.

The shoe comes to us with a huge backward midsole Swoosh, which is probably the most noticeable feature. The sneaker will also feature a “34” logo on the heel, which represents Giannis’s jersey number.

The Greek Freak’s signature sneaker will be made available for a very reasonable price, and may not sit long! Are these a must cop or will you be skipping out on this release?
