Nike Dunk High Light Chocolate

Dunk season is in full bloom and Nike decided to serve us yet another colorway of the shoe.
Light Chocolate Dunk Highs released in Europe back in August 2021 and they saw a US
release in February 2022. I knew I wanted them the second I saw the photos online, so I
grabbed a pair and am excited to share my thoughts.

In my opinion, the colorway is really underrated and it looks like these flew under the radar of
many people. The upper features a mix of suede and leather in shades of white, khaki, sail
and light chocolate. The backtab is made of green leather and adds a cool little detail to the
design. It might be a little bit tricky to keep these crispy clean, but with the use of proper
tools (sneaker protector spray or suede rubber) you can definitely make these last longer.
Overall, the quality seems really good for a GR (General Release) sneaker. My pair has tiny
glue stains, but the suede is nice and soft. Leather is on the stiffer side, but still looks good.

The shoes come with just one set of flat khaki laces, which in my opinion makes them lose a
lot of potential. I grabbed my spare pair of white Nike SB laces to put them in Light
Chocolates and believe me when I say, the shoes hit different. What could also be a cool
option is to lace them up with some green laces, matching the backtab color or pink ones to
give you some Travis Scott AJ1 vibes.

When it comes to sizing, I’d say stick to your true size. For me, my usual 8.5 US fits perfectly.
If you have wide feet or prefer a looser fit, go 0.5 size up. Don’t know about you, but these Dunks are a must-have in my opinion!
