Since the passing of the great Kobe Bryant, the world feels like it has been turned upside down. We have been through a pandemic, tragedy, revolt, and it is only June. You would think we could escape and buy sneakers and be happy, but, that hasn’t been the case.

Sneaker releases have been postponed by every brand and many postponed without any new dates insight. Nike, Adidas, and others have postponed release as far out as late July and we are all waiting in limbo hoping for some good news. Here is a list of updated release dates:

Nike Dunk low “University Red”- July 1st
Jordan Retro 6 “Hare”- June 17th
Lebron 17 “Graffiti”- June 23rd
Jordan Retro 3 “Animal Instincts 2.0”- June 25th
Woman’s Jordan Retro 1 “Tie-Dye”-June 26th
Nike Hippie Package- July 3rd

Adidas pushed back multiple colorways of the Yeezy 350 V2 back to July and even further. The “Zyon” colorway will now hit retail in July and we are still waiting on updates on others. Also, coming in June, Kanye announced the Adidas Yeezy Foam Runner will drop– giving us a little hope that summer is not completely canceled. Adidas is also giving us NMD R1 “Olympic Pack” on June 11th. So there are a few options in the coming weeks.

Reebok has also joined in and postponed the highly anticipated Nice Kicks x Reebok Question “Bubba Chuck’s Fishing “. No new date has been set as of yet but these will definitely be one to keep an eye on. Be on the lookout for the Reebok Question Low “Summer Pack” hitting shelves on June 18th.

It has been a rough time but as a great man once said, “This time to shall pass”. Keep your head up sneakerheads, we will have some heat to cop soon
