Another week down and another week of fire releases. With the NBA playoffs in full swing, we are glued to the television and hoping that a few of these crazy PEs finally release. The W is going into week two and the PEs and sneakers have been insane there as well. We have seen a sighting of the EYBL Kobe 6, worn by Ogunbowale and the “HOF” Kobe 5, worn by Sabrina Ionescu, as well as a sneak peek of the Jordan 36 by Satou Sabally. A crazy week indeed.

Concepts and Kyrie Irving have been keeping true to the Egyptian theme with the Kyrie 7 “Horus” collaboration releasing on SNKRS last week. This sneaker comes in a beautiful teal upper with orange accents to complete a color scheme that is inspired by ancient Egyptian artifacts. Staying with this theme, there are Egyptian symbols on the forefront bands and a hood Eye of Horus on the middle side panel. Dunks have been all the craze lately and this week, we had a chance to pick up two colorways in the Nike Dunk Low. The “Photo Dust” pair hit retailers on Wednesday via drawing and left sneakerheads wanting more. There was also a “Barely Green” pair that hit the scene in a pastel shade of green with a pastel orange Swoosh, perfect for the Spring and upcoming Memorial Day weekend. Nike and P- Rod continued their amazing relationship with another Nike SB Low release with the Nike SB Low “What the P-Rod”. This crazy colorway of the Nike SB is a nod to all of the elements from the various sneakers that P- Rod has released and highlighted an amazing career as a Nike signature athlete.

Jordan Brand has been all over the court in both leagues and the ladies of Jordan Brand have not been half-stepping. The Women’s Air Jordan OG is returning in a clean, nice colorway named the “Coconut Milk”. The pair comes in a tan suede upper with orange basketball leather overlays. Luka Doncic is one of the many up-and-coming stars of the NBA and one of his PE’s hit SNKRS this week and did not sit long. Nicknamed the “Cosmic Deception”, this pair sports a white upper with neon hits of green, purple, and pink. Patent leather panels covered in galaxy print are found all over this amazing sneaker.

Other notable releases were the Yeezy QNTM “Flash Orange”, the Air Jordan 7 “Paris Saint- Germain”, and the Casablanca x New Balance “Red Monogram”. With Memorial Day weekend coming up and the 4th of July around the corner, expect some major releases and news in the near future. As always, continue the good hunt and continue to rise, grind and buy sneakers.
