Basketball is back!

I hope everyone is as excited as we are, about having sports back. We are hoping all the players, staffs, and families are staying safe, being cautious, and taking every precaution set inside of the bubble. Hopefully, with basketball being back in full swing, we get a few shock drops, along with some never before seen sneaks from the WNBA players.

Last week, things kicked off early with the Nike “White Tiger” Air Force 1 on Tuesday and then, was followed by the “Glow” Lebron 17 Low, and the “University Red” Dunk Low. The “University Red” Dunk Low was gone in seconds, just like the others in the collection, and had everyone hoping for some sort of restock. These come in a clean white and red on the classic Dunk Low model, which is perfect for those summer outings. The “Gym Red” Jordan Retro 14 also hit the scene on Friday, and was a must have. This Retro 14 brings some flare to the classic silhouette, with an all black toe box and a red nubuck upper, which seems like a coming trend with the hot summer we are all hoping for. The Nike “Hippie” collection, also brought something different to the sneaker world. With the slogan, “These are trash”, the sneakers are literally made of recycled materials – 50 percent of recycled material by weight, to be exact. These are surely different and definitely something to have in your collection.

Reebok gives us a release on the Nice Kicks x Reebok Question “Bubba Chuck”. After being pushed back from its’ original date, we got these on Friday on Nicekicks.com. These draw inspiration from Allen Iverson’s love for fishing, and come in a crazy sand colored suede upper, with glow in the dark tongue branding, midsole speckling, and hexalite pods.
Adidas and Pharrell are still making hits, and now taking his talents over to the Adidas Superstar. The well known model has been reimagined with a full knit upper, with the iconic shell toe. “Human Race” is written across the heel, as these come in two solid colorways: Black with Purple and Aqua accents and Cloud, White, and Bolt.

Some are still available, but others are gone… just for now at least. Stay tuned for any new developments, and as always, Good Hunting!
