Foot Locker Pop-Up: Puma Hoops x Danny Green

Exactly a month ago today, June 18th, Footlocker joined forces with Puma and did a meet-and-greet with the one and only, Danny Green from the 2019 NBA Champs, the Toronto Raptors and now the newest member to join the Los Angeles Lakers. As a Long Island native, Danny wanted to bring the celebration of his championship win to New York, and what better way to do so than at the 34th Street Footlocker. Crowds of people had been lined up in front of the Puma exhibit for hours, just to meet Danny.

In order to see the man himself, you needed to purchase The Puma Clyde Court “Title Run” shoes. The shoes consist of a fully woven textile upper with a sock-like design. Which are perfect for comfortability and foot support on the court. The sole is made of a hybrid cushioning foam, which helps the players, and the rubber outsole increases stability with durable multi-surface traction. The heel and pull up tabs have the usual Puma logo, as the lacing technology on the Clyde Court has dynamic lacing for foot security. The main color of the shoe itself was Metallic Gold, and it matches perfectly with the NBA Championship trophy Danny brought to the meet-and-greet.

Of course, he was styling with a pair on, while he greeted all of his fans and spoke on how comfortable the shoe is.
