After a well-received Air Jordan 5 x Off-White twist on Black Metallics, Nike and Virgil decided to serve us another colorway – Fire Red this time. I managed to get a pair off the SNKRS app, which gifted me with an Early Access.
Just like for the Air Jordan 4 x Off-White ‘Sail’, the box arrives with see-through plastic, round windows and the shoes are wrapped in a Jordan x Off-White-branded foil.
I have to admit, I was expecting the upper to be in a lighter shade. It is giving me a bit of a dimmed volt, rather than cream or sail. The whole deconstructed idea is virtually the same as the Black Metallic version, however, these seem to have the aged and used looked nailed down even more.
If you’re a fan of these, I’d suggest grab them while you can. The prices will rise as they always do with all Off-White releases.
