Late Week Roundup 11.12

The first week of November has passed and the holiday season is approaching fast! With so many crazy releases in the coming weeks, this week is a little light on the release calendar. Even though it was a light week compared to others, there is still some heat that can be a great addition to any sneaker closet.

Jaden Smith and New Balance released another colorway in the Jaden Smith x New Balance Vision Racer. The “Sunflower Yellow” covers the chunky sneaker in a very bright yellow and per usual, sits above a translucent outsole that comes way to the bright pink “Vision” script. Reebok has given us another unique colorway in the Reebok Question Mid that celebrated Allen Iverson’s love for football. This sneaker represents his love for the Dallas Cowboys, with a silver and blue nubuck upper. One of the pairs highlights is the insole, which is made to look like a football field and branding from the old NFL football jersey which held Reebok branding back in the 2000s.

New Balance and the 997S has been featured in collaboration after collaboration and next up, is the Shoe Palace x New Balance 997S “Great White”. Shoe Palace gave us two colorways, both inspired by the amazing Great White Shark. Each pair is covered in its’ own mix of teal and black and can be said to represent the NHL’s San Jose Sharks. Shark teeth cover each heel panel and a special “N” shark fin logo completes the design on this sneaker. Nike is giving us another colorway in the Lebron 18. Inspired by his current hometown, the Lebron 18 “Los Angeles by Day” come in a tan knit upper, blue heel, and nice pink detailing. This shoe represents a perfect day in the sand on a nice Los Angeles day. Completing the LA feel, palm trees cover the heel and look as if they are swaying in the breeze.

Again, a light week in the sneaker world but just stay tuned. With a few Kobe’s, Air Max 1’s, and multiple Jordan’s hitting the scene in the coming weeks, we need a little break. Good Hunting and as always – rise, grind and buy sneakers!
