Weekly Roundup 3.21

March Madness is upon us! The first week in the men’s championship has been crazy with multiple upsets and the women’s games have started and had our Sunday full of great games. Not a major week on the release calendar, but there are definitely some gems that hit the scene this week.

Jordan Brand and Jason Tatum have been killing the sneaker game with the Jordan 35 PEs. This week, Jordan Brand give us a colorful PE colorway that honors this women in his life. Each color honors a different family members’ favorite color and a handwritten “98” on the side panel that represents Tatum’s birth year. This eye catching PE was seen worn by Jason during the All Star Game in Atlanta. With the tournament in full swing, this Jordan 3 PE is perfect and right in time. The Jordan 3 “Midnight Navy” take inspiration from a previous Georgetown PE. Patrick Ewing and the Georgetown Hoyas took an early exit from the 2021 tourney but, they fight through the Big 10 tourney put everyone on notice. The only difference between this release and the Georgetown PE is the official Hoya logos that were used on the original PE.

Reebok and the Question Mid has been rolling as of late and the latest colorway is a PE worn by Allen Iverson in the 2001 All Star game. This clean black and white first debuted on the All Star court and during this performance, AI dropped 25 points and earned All Star MVP, now known as the Kobe Bryant Award, and help the eastern conference get the win. Rebook and Adidas are once again molding two models together from their respective archives for its latest installment of the Adidas’ ongoing “A-ZX” lineup. The ZX fury covers the upper with the OG “Aqua” ZX 8000 with a pinch of the OG “Citron” Instapump Fury thrown in. These are super clean and perfect for the upcoming spring season.

A few other notable releases this week were: the Bad Bunny x Adidas Forum Buckle Low; Nike Air Presto “Crimson Siren Red”; and the Adidas Yeezy QNTM “Sea Teal”. Both the men’s and women’s tournaments are in go mode and the games have been amazing so far! Hopefully your brackets are still in tack (unlike mine). As always, Good Hunting and, remember Rise Grind And Buy Sneakers.
