New Balance 920 x SNS

Sneakersnstuff is a streetwear store founded in 1999 in Stockholm, Sweden and has grown in importance and popularity ever since. Being one of Europe’s biggest players, it is natural that they have come to collaborate on many sneakers with different brands, with the most recent being a New Balance 920 model.

I was lucky enough to win a raffle directly from SNS. The shoes are from the Made in England line, which means premium materials and craftsmanship. I am very pleased with the outcome and despite a few loose threads, the fabrics used are amazing. Soft, high-quality suede, nice cushioning and Ortholite insoles, which provide lightweight comfort and high breathability – that’s the key to make a sneakerhead happy.

The upper is kept in a pine green and flare orange colorway, which kind of makes them look like carrots, but in a good way. The shoes come with black and beige laces, a green custom lace dubrae with a yellow SNS logo, as well as featuring a few small, reflective panels. New Balance used a mix of suede and mesh for this pair.

Size wise, I’d recommend going with your normal size or 0.5 smaller if you prefer a snug fit. I purchased a 8.5 US size and it is slightly too large for me. You should also bear in mind that after a few walks, these will get looser as you break them in.

SNS has dropped an entire apparel collection to match the sneakers too. It should still be available on their website to purchase. Let us know in the comments which piece from this collection is your favorite!
