Weekly Roundup 4.11

Another week has passed which means it was another week to cop some new heat. April has begun, so that means April showers, but that also means the perfect weather for shorts, tees, and dope sneakers.

Nike SB has been a must have as of late and with influencers like Travis Scott constantly wearing them, the hype will stay. This week, the Washed Youth x Nike SB Dunk Low hit select retailers as well as SNKRS and per usual, sold out in seconds. Japanese designer Verdy’s Wasted Youth is a punk-inspired take on the Nike SB Dunk Low. A black denim upper with hints of black leather on the toe and swoosh red contrast stitching on the heel, along with Washed Youth branding on the tongue. From the looks of it, the Nike SB hype is here to stay so we might as well strap in and enjoy the ride. Nike also gave us a chance to grab a LA Dodgers inspired Lebron 7 that is a must. This pair features a clean white upper, blue mudguard covered in a nice palm tree pattern, and minor red accents. Nike and Lebron have been giving us a lot of OG heat and some of these sneakers were untouchable before now. So stay tuned because from what we have seen and some rumors, Lebron Watch is just getting started.

Zion Williamson has been on a tear this season averaging close to 20+ points and game and shooting 50% from the field. And for now, he is doing it all in the Jordan 35 “Smoke Grey”. A super clean colorway with a grey suede upper, quilted detailing on the heel panel, and infrared branding to add a little pop. Zion is rumored to have his first sneaker shoe with Jordan Brand hitting the court soon. We have seen pictures floating around the sneaker blogs but nothing concrete yet, but as soon as some news hits, we will have it for you. Also from Jordan Brand this week, we got our chance to grab the “Raging Bull” Jordan 5. Originally released in 2009 in the “Toro Bravo” pack, this shoe has been one of the most sought after Jordan 5’s. The suede red upper is a head turner and these did not sit long at all at retailers. Said to be one of the most anticipated shoes of the year, the “Raging Bull” 5 is perfect for the spring season and for your first outing after we are all set free.

Other notable releases this week were the Reebok Question Mid “Motorsport” and the Kim Jones x Converse Chunk 70. The weather has been perfect and this is our time of year! Time to dig deep in your closet and show out a little. We have some time to make up for. Good hunting and as always – rise, grind and buy sneakers!
